Shipping Information
Shipping and handling charges are determined strictly by the weight and destination of your order. Cost is based on quantity, weight and dimensions of product and insurance. You will have shipping options for USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local customs office. Customs duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA must be paid by the ultimate consignee and are billed to the ultimate consignee after delivery.
Returns
To return goods, please save item(s) and original packaging. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice stating a brief explanation for why you are not satisfied with the item(s). We will gladly replace it with a new selection of your choice or refund you for the cost of the item(s) (less S/H). You have a 30 Day money back guarantee on all items except bedding (45 days). We must receive your returned item 30 days from the date you received your item. There are no refunds for broken spot magnets. There are no refunds for tape or adhesive patches.
